Lobby or reception in Hilton Garden Inn Termez Airitom

We had a truly wonderful stay at Hilton Termez. The hotel was excellent, but what truly made our experience exceptional was the presence of Nazira at the reception. Having travelled across the whole of Uzbekistan – from Tashkent to Samarkand, Bukhara, and Karshi – and having stayed in some of the best hotels in the country, we can say with certainty that Nazira was the most professional person we encountered throughout our journey. She was not only incredibly welcoming and kind, but also demonstrated a level of English proficiency and service that fully matches the standards of a high-end international hotel. It would be wonderful to find more professionals like her in other major cities, especially in Tashkent. Nazira’s attitude and skills reflect the quality and professionalism one would expect in some of the best hotels in Europe. Thank you once again for making our stay so special.

The staff were very helpful The hotel was comfortable with all the up to date modern fittings. We had a high quality room and a lovely view of the park. The breakfast was good and it was near the airport. We felt very secure and everyone was very polite.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Eldor was a fantastic host—friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the service throughout our stay was excellent. We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches that made the experience even more special: the rooms were beautifully decorated and included a sticker indicating the direction of the Qibla, as well as a Quran and a prayer mat. These small details made us feel truly at home and showed great attention to guests’ needs. Highly recommended!

Awesome NEW HOTEL! Great staff, Hilton breakfast! Great atmosphere. Lot of interesting guests. I was very interested in the market and who will come there. Lot's of Afghans and Uzbeks, price also great!
